Great job overall! The sales guy was pleasurable, relatable, listened, and a straight shooter. The installation team was small, but quick and paid attention to detail wanting to make it a quality installation. They provided all the necessary information explaining the next steps.
With a couple of follow-up items, the service team communicated well and provided the service work at the same level experienced throughout the process.

From the first phone call to the finishing touches, my experience has been an absolute pleasure with this particular team. My salesman, Jesse, should be training all people in the service industry. His attention to detail is top notch. He somehow manages to be in two places at one time and that’s hard to do! The install team, Cameron, Brad and crew were also fantastic. They worked like a well oiled machine and my windows look fabulous. Great quality, easy to use, special safety features included and the full screens are a real pleasure when we have a nice breeze. I’m so happy I chose Window World of Northeast Florida.

I received several quotes from different window companies. We talked to Mike, from Window World - he gave us a fair quote and thoroughly explained the process and what product we would be getting.
The day of install Jason and his team did a great job. Very professional, showed us how to use our new windows, and worked hard to get our new windows installed that day.
Only negative was the wait time to get the windows, about 4 months, but that was communicated to us ahead of time and we expected it. Totally worth the wait though.
