I purchased my windows over 10 years ago, from Window World, however recently I had an issue with two of them. I was given a lifetime warranty at the time of purchase so I took a chance and called Window World to explain the problem I was having. Without hesitation and without any long drawn out questions Window World honored my warranty. They ordered two new upper panels of glass for me which arrived in a couple of weeks. At my convenience they sent over a technician named Daniel. He was professional, friendly, curtious and very knowledgeable. Although there was some difficulty getting one of the new panes to fit properly, Daniel never gave up and completed the installation flawlessly. I recommend Window World to everyone. They really do stand behind their product and honor the lifetime warranty on their product without question. C. Klipp

Excellent experience! I had some older sliding doors replaced with French doors and what a difference!! The installation and quality (even though it took a bit of time to get on the schedule), was top notch! I would highly recommend Window World. I felt everyone involved treated me like I was a valued customer and their number one goal was for me to be 100% happy. Highly recommend!!

Everything was great! Shout out to Jesse W for organizing and helping us pick out a window that satisfied our HOA requirements, the front office team getting us an installation date with our chaotic schedule and Asland and team for a clean install.

I have used Window World twice now for window replacement.
They showed up when they said they were going to.
They cleaned up after they were done.
Good price.
Windows look and function perfect.
I’m pretty pleased, with this company and employees.
Keep up the good work.
I may need more windows for my next project.

Very happy with my new windows. Had 7 windows replaced at 1/3rd of the cost of another brand. Still can't believe how fast the installation process was. 7 Windows replaced in a little over 3 hours. The windows themselves appear to be good quality and I'm just waiting on my electric bill to see how efficient they are. I can tell you that with my old windows (front facing the south), when the sun was beating, the glass was hot to the touch. These are room temperature (cool) throughout the day. The installers were very polite, very professional and clean. Highly recommend for quality and professionalism! From the initial sales consultation to the finished product, I couldn't be happier with the results.

Had 4 windows and a sliding glass door installed. Matthew, Chris, and Mitch were our installers and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. They forgot to install the quarter round trim at the bottom of the sliding glass door. However, we contacted Matthew and he came back to install it.
